She has a great job and family. She looks after everything wonderfully but i worry about her health. She says its no problem...should i be concerned? Thank you!

She Does no other drugs and doesn't drink any alcohol.

It's more like a habit than an addiction, although others will say differently. Most people that "smoke" do so their whole lives even if it's off and on. Of couse there are health concerns, but there are those concerns with alcohol and cigarettes, too. You only need to be worried if she's driving right after, or not paying her bills, which usually isn't a problem with this choice of past-time.

No, weed isn't addictive. But its not good that she is using an illegal substance around her family. If the police were to find out they could take her children away. Not to mention that if they do random drug tests at her job, she would fail and be fired. I'd talk to your sister and ask her why does she need to use so much, it's not something a responsible adult should be doing. If anything she should stop just for her family.

Weed is not physically addictive like cigarettes. It is psychologically addictive like alcohol. If she is handling her life OK then I guess there is no worries.

I think she's addicted. Just because you can't be physically addicted to something doesn't mean addiction can't occur. Every day for 10 years...it sounds like she has a problem to me.

If she has a good job and great family and handles her responsibility then she is like many many other marijuana smokers. I dont understand if she does all those things why its any worry for you.

Why worry? Marijuana has many medicinal purposes. She continues to take care of her family, has a great job. She is not harming any one.

10 years seems like she is adictive to that bush, she should try to do lest of it perhaps once in a while or none at all, because if she has kids it is not really a good example for them they may follow the example.
