Yes, I bought some in Turkey a few years ago. There's nothing specific about Turkish olive oil soap--they make it in Greece and other places as well. The bars I bought I found a bit too big to use comfortably until they wore down a bit from use. And that took a while--they weren't soft bars. They also tended to crack leaving me to wonder what else is in them. Now, Turkish cotton IS a wonderful thing...
