could be many things;

has your thyroid been checked?

Your diet could be to do with it. write down what you eat and when for a few days and see if the tremors worsen after anything in particular.

Otherwise, any medications you've just started/stopped/changed the dose on?

Try to avoid all caffeine for a while because this could exacerbate any existing tremor problems.

Above all, don't worry about the tremor; I know sometimes it can feel quite embarrassing
(I tremor quite a lot, generally when I'm stressed out or worried about something or when I've had too much of my asthma inhaler)
Your personal confidence is far more important, so just accept it (I know youre probably thinking, its easier said than done!) and keep your blood sugar levels up.

hope this helped :)

Blood tests are not going to tell you what this is. If you are still having them you need to get additional tests. Until you get an explanation that you are comfortable with, you need to continue to seek answers. I would take this seriously.
