I think this means basically I have looked into my own soul and I choose not to blame others for the things I do or have done and I don't pass blame for the choices I make. In everything that happens I choose to forgive because with forgiveness comes peace. Oprah is a very spiritual person and I believe a lot of this comes from her spirituality. Oprah is a great person!!

Need context.
But it sounds like by seeing her own light, she means that she has owned her power in the world, can take of herself, and refuses to point at any but herself for her own fate.
She ahs learned that she has been at "fault", too, but that in the light of all the good she does, her wrongs all small.
Seeing this, she can no more balme another than herself.
We are all on our own paths, and so long as she is true to her own, then she knows that she is safe in the bounty that is life.

She is saying she knows herself and is happy with it. She doesnt wast time blaming others for wrong doings and she forgives all those that hurt her.
Personally, no one is that perfect.
