My boyfriend and I are celebrating Valentine's Day tonight, and instead of the same old dirty martini, I'd like to try a new, fun, not too sweet cocktail. Preferrably with clear rum, but i'm open to other ideas.

Mai Tai. Great tropical drink if prepared properly. If you are preparing them try this out this one -
2 oz. rum
1/2 oz. tequila
dash of bitters
Mai tai mix (add some extra pineapple juice)
Serve with pineapple and cherry garnish
PS - And if you really want to make is special pour 1/2oz Grand Marnier on top of the drink!

i had this in the Caribbean so u have to make Ur self up here. but its pina Claudia and strawberry daiquiri its called a mimi vic. its kinda sweet but very good. u do half and half then on top of the mixture put clear rum on top. if u mix it turns pink but if u dont its white and red!

A traditional Daquiri (not frozen, no stupid fruits) is nice, and once you've had a couple, anything is romantic.
