I see blood almost everytime I brush!! and my teeth are healthy.

Your teeth may be healthy, but if your gums are bleeding it is likely due to gingivitis. When plaque (that filmy stuff on your teeth) is not removed your gums can become irritated. Make sure you're brushing along the gumline, and of course, flossing every day. As far as food, Vitamin A and protein are definitely a plus.

sound like gingivitis, brush brush brush! and floss daily...also you need vitamin C, like in fruit & juice. Lack of Vitamin C can cause severe gum problems, such as bleeding or loosening, or even scurvy....

well every time you brush your teeth you see blood you either have gingivitis or you brush too hard

If your gums are inflammed and irritated, you are lacking certain vitamins, as you suspected. Take the vitamin - All B with C -

An apple a day...milk is good too.Stay away from soda's and sugar products.
