Ive lived in different corners of the country and there is a distinct difference all over. I would have to say it is unfair to say that a department as a whole is racist and it depends on the individual. From my experience and knowledge there are serious problems in Prince Georges County in Maryland.

why don't you get off of it already. People are people, just because you might think differently about some race means your a racist. In today's would if you say you be-leave in this or that. your said to be a racist. If your white and you do not want to marry out of your race your considered a racist, that's bull.
