I bought prenatal vitamins to help improve my hair and i also bought some other pills called Shen Min hair nutrient. So do you guys think that I can take them at the same time or which ones should I take first? What has worked for you guys. They are both dietary supplements so will their be any adverse reaction if I take the two of them. They only contain one same ingredient which is Vitamin A. Thanks for our time and giving me advice.

Check the amount of vitamin A on both labels and make sure you do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. Most vitamins are water soluble and will not build up in your body. Not so with vitamin A. I've already been down this path and had to cut my waist length hair because it was so thin from coming out in handfuls from vitamin A overdose. Choose one or the other supplement, not both.

I took a formula called Hair & Nails hoping it would improve my ability to grow back my hair, but it didn't help. I think the best way to go is to make sure you're getting well nourished from a variety of foods and taking a balanced vitamin blend.

prenatal vitamins are just vitamins so nothing should react adversely with them, As for the Vitamin A just make sure you dont exceed the recommended daily value. anything with vitamins is a dietary supplement because it is supplementing things that are lacking in your diet, you will usually just pee out anything excess that your body doesnt need. You should be fine.
here is some info i found about Vitamin A

VITAMIN A - DAILY VALUE: 5,000 international units

i'm incredibly confident you could effectively use them, yet, from adventure, the prenatals are ok - the different, i don't comprehend approximately. What i comprehend, nonetheless, is folic acid works suited, and it is totally on your funds - bypass on your community grocery/drug save and seem in the supplement aisle. Folic acid is the area of the Prenatals that makes your hair advance; you could take a decrease priced nutrition while you at the instant are not utilising it to assist being pregnant, and in basic terms upload folic acid supplementations.
