Does anyone know what I can do with my old glasses lenses, the opticians returned them to me when I had new ones fitted and I presume the only thing to do is throw them away as there is no frame. But if anyone knows of a charity they could go to I would prefer that. I'm based in the Uk but can't find anything on the internet.

Donate them to the Salvation Army, they have people coming to them that need help with everything, all the time

Look in your yellow pages for a lions club in your area. They will take the lenses. If not then call your optician to see if they will take them. Lions are international so you should have a chapter in your area according to their website.

Or you can gather as many as you can, and then put them all together and harnessing the sun's rays, you'll have a RAY GUN!!! coool.
