ha ha!
You are quite funny.
But honestly, the answer to your question really involves the issue of soveriegnty. Sure, god could have just wiped out Adam and Eve at the moment of their transgression. Yet that would not have allowed the challenge to his right to rule been proven. The idea here is this, by listening to the serpent, Adam and Eve took something that did not belong to them. Namely, the responsibility to decide for themselves what is right and what is wrong. The outcome down to today is that, everything that we humans have tried in the form of laws rules and governing systems has failed to secure peace happiness and security for the poeple of the earth. This time, god has allowed so as to settle the question raised by Adam and Eve as regards his right to rule.

God didn't make "so many religions" man did. God loves us and wants us to return to him of our own free will. But because he is God, and perfect, he will go against his own promises. He gave us free will and allows us to live and die by it and make our own choices...even when those choices cause him great pain and suffering...
God is not an imperfect human being like us...as humans many of us would have capsized the arc or just thrown Adam and Eve out and started all over again...but thank God it isn't up to us!!

Here we go again... God's name being placed on man's follies. We are responsible for our own choices. That point you can at least agree on. Along with that you must accept that we have to bare the benefits and punishment for those choices that we made. The punishment for Adam and Eve sinning was being cast out of the garden of Eden (along with those mentioned in Gen. 3). The benefit of Noah being the only man in the world at that time who still paid his respects to God (and teaching his family to do so) was not suffering the same fate as those who (as a matter of fact) chose not to respect God and his will. They pay the price for all choices made. Job, Nehemiah, lazerus, Peter, Paul, John, etc. Even up to you and I. THere is no avoiding it. We will face judgement for the choices we have made. I'm willing to accept that. are you?

God does not err. He did not send many religions, He sent His Son, Jesus, fully human, fully God to atone for the world's sins.
He didn't finish off Adam and Eve or capsize Noah's boat because He loves us.

No.
I don't understand some of that first paragraph you wrote.
If you would read the rest of the story about the flood, in the Holy Bible, you would learn why. He found goodness in Noah and his family. He kept them alive to replenish the earth.

The Bible says that in these last days, their will be doctrines taught by demons. (Cults)
If you actually read through the Bible with a heart to receive from our Maker then He will speak to you clearly.

God gave man free will, one of God's greatest gift to people. God gave us choice, it is what we chose to do with it that has outcomes and consequences.
