Phases? Don't know any but you might want to know that every man will try to flirt with you no matter what your age! Cappuchino (milk coffee) is only served for breakfast be it late or early and espresso is ordered on other occasions. You will probably pick up a few phases on your trip. Be polite and mind your manners and you'll have a great time! In a restaurant, I order what I smell and what I see. The people there can be very helpful too, smile and let them help you. Have Fun! :)

Well, I went there for vacation a few times. And I had to have real Italian pizza and pasta of course. Guess what? That stuff is better at home!
But, definitely have some ice cream while there. It was a highlight.
Avoid the beaches. There are so many people that you might lose yourself. Go look at the nifty architecture instead.

Buon giorno- good morning ( bon jerno)
Buona sera- good evening (bona sara)
They have reposa from noon to three( it's where they take naps in the day and go home) all the shops are closed.
