Definately! What happens if your parent (especially if it's your Mom) was to meet just any guy whom is not "all there" and gets hooked on your Mother? Her behavior could put you and your siblings (if any) in danger. It's happened before to many women/kids.

Being responsible sexually is even more critical for adults when they have existing children. Regardless if it is a Mom or Dad.

You need to share how you feel IMHO and at least request that your parent date with discernment and get to know people and prospective companions or "friends". It's not only for safety reasons, but, also good for one's mental health. Since your parent's first responsibility is to you and your sibs, you have a right to ask and let your feelings be known.

Probably not, that would be awkward. As long as her promiscuous behavior doesn't affect you in a negative way; like rumors going around town, or different men in your home each night. I would probably just let her be, but use her for a model of how not to be.

If it upsets you then you could talk to him/her. Basically, it's their life, and they can do what they like but if it also affects you and makes you upset, then I think you have a right to talk to them about it. You should do it without judgement, but just explain nicely that it bothers you. They might choose not to change their behavior but I think it's good for you to express how you feel about it. Just because the parent/child is a little reversed in this case doesn't mean you have to sit back and be upset by something and not have any grounds to say your opinion! Good luck :-)

Perhaps, but I would avaoid telling the parent what to do. Instead I would stick to expressing how negatively I am affected by his/her behaviour.

Was, is?
Is it really your business?
Don't make matters worse by getting involved.
Just be a loving relative and create a family atmosphere.

Why would you talk to your parents about that? It's their business not yours. Stay out of their business.

Sure. You need to be honest with your parent and let them know how you see them as. Maybe that is what they need to change there ways.

oh yeah, my mom is a whore but talking to her doesn't do much good, she only likes the sound of her own voice and she never listens to anyone.
