I'm getting married next year, to a Royal Marine (serving in Band Service). Do you know where I can find any information about the married quarters and accomodation as I can't seem to find it on the website... Most useful would be accomodation around Portsmouth Band (Nelson), Cornwell Band and Scotland Band (don't know what the base is called though.)

The best place to start looking would be HIVE (http://www.mod.uk/DefenceInternet/DefenceFor/ServiceCommunity/Hive/ they basically provide all the information for service families (bus times, accomodation, local services etc). The other idea would be to go to the 3 bases (once you have found out what they are called) most MOD camps have 'welcome houses' which showcase the standard of accomodation available.

On the website they should have a post housing phone number. Otherwise call base information because you will need to be on the list ahead of time.
