I'm 20 years old, about 5 foot 9 inches, and about 125 lbs. I know that I don't necessarily need to lose weight, but the only reason I am is for a pagent in June. I've been doing cardio exercise for atleast an hour every other day. I also lift small weights every other day. Is this enough? What food should I stock up on? How can I slim up my shakey flabby thighs? PLEASE HELP!

Squats and Lunges are great for the legs and butt. Add these into your strength routine.

Get a bike and go riding. It's low impact, does wonders for shaping your legs - getting rid of fat and builds smooth muscles.

Lower your salt and sugar intake - you will be surprised at what that can do for you.

Don't drink pop - diet or otherwise.

Jump on the veggie bandwagon for the nutrition and fiber. steaming them releases their fiber and makes it more useful to your body.

Drink water.
