I'm looking for a healthy (no trans fat, no added sugar) alternative to bad-for-you peanut butter. Is it possible that such a product exists and is actually edible?

Peaople she said NATURAL! Try Adam's. You have to keep it refrigerated so you know it's good.

Only Jif or Skippy? Not much of a variety. In my (admittedly biased) opinion, the best natural peanut butter is Crazy Richard's!

Skippy now makes a natural peanut butter with no trans-fats that is creamy and smooth and not oily and difficult to stir. It also requires no refrigeration. That's what I have been using and I love it.

There are reduced calorie peanut butters out there! Try those because as good as peanut butter tastes it's really fattening

skippy makes a great natural peanut butter that doesn't separate. it is pretty stiff & "peanutty" tho, so try adding a little honey to soften it up & make it taste better.

Well the last old fashioned PB is in Columbus, OH. I heard it is supposed to be the bomb. It's kind of expensive at Krogers, but heck.
