Can a blood test for haemoglobin be affected by breath holding before hand? (This is what happens when my daughter panics.) If so- how?

Also, can dehydration affect kidney/ haemoglobin/ thyroid results? (Not my daughter.)

Any answers would be really appreciated, thank you :)
