This sounds like gout to me. Ypu are probably drinking too much and the body is struggling to get rid of all the toxic material from your drinking session the night before. You are having a build up of uric acid in the joints of the hand. Lay off the booze for a while and see if it improves. Oh and go see a doctor.

I can't answer your question...but I have this exact same thing!! For years now my hands feel 'swollen' the morning after drinking, they ache and feel 'full' just like you say.
No-one's ever been able to explain it to me either, so if you find out, let me know!

this is due to the extreme exercise they have endured the night before, lifting heavy glasses full of liquids is hard work. maybe try some warm-up exercises at home next time?

It's probably due to the fact you have failed to pull again so have spent the night when you get home pulling your todger.

Sounds like you are retaining fluid in your hands or you have some mild arthritis.
