I don't understand what you mean with "is there anything else i can do that i want have to pay foe any help would be nice".

However, in P2P networks like Ares the download speed is mostly determined by 2 factors.
One factor is how many people are offering the file you want.
This means, if only 2 people with a modem line have this move, you will only get a modem speed download. Especcially when other users are also downloading from these two slow sources.

The other is your own speed to the internet.
If you have a slow internet connection, you need a faster broadband access, that will cost more.

Sometimes P2P software also implements a reward scheme. This means that people that share a lot to the community will get faster downloads or skip ahead in waiting queues.
If you stop your upload or remove your shared files from the program, it will throttle your download.

If you really need this movie quick, go out and buy the DVD.

There is technically no way to increase the speed of your download since it is completely dependent upon the speed of your sources (uploaders). Personally, I only use ares for music files, but I use BitLord for movies... I find that it is one of the fastest filesharing programs available for free. You could then use www.torrentspy.com, one of the best file websites, to download files. Hope this helps (and ps: I do not wish to instruct you how to go about breaking copyright laws, so "don't use this for copyrighted material" okay? lol)

Remove all the upload(remove the files from the shared folder after download). The speed you download depends uploaders upload speed,if their speed is too slow, you can't do anything. Also check your download speed,if it's too low switch to a high speed internet.
