I just LOVE the Quarterdeck, but it's not going to be for everyone. The "front" is a bar. Walk through the bar into a small back room (or back porch in the summer), and order from the specials, which are usually fresh seafood, or the menu, which has everything, OR order the steamed spiced crabs, which come with the butcher paper, mallots and claw crunchers. One of my favorites there is the fish sandwich, which is only about $6, and is REAL fish, not a fish square. The vegetable crab soup is also excellent. My husband, who likes oysters, loves the oyster po-boys. They have salads, black beans and rice, burgers, pizza, jalapeno poppers, to name a few other things we've enjoyed.
This is not a fancy place, but it feels like home to me.

Whitlow's is where it's at, or anything in that area is pretty reasonable.
