i'm really really freaked out...im a 16 year old male and the worst thing that could've happened to me did. my mom walked in on me while i was "playing with myself" this morning. she saw everything, i didn't hear her. i was lieing on the bed, pants at my ankles, going at it full force. she walked in, was startled, and said, "oh my god" and quickly walked back out and closed the door. we obviously didnt talk about it at all yet. i dont know if i'll ever be able to look her in the eyes again im sooo embarrassed. any advice on how i can go on living (sarcastic of course but this is really really bad!!)

Your mom just needs some time. As a mature adult woman she has to know that this is totally normal and appropriate for you at this age - she is probably more embarrassed that she didn't knock first. There's no need to talk about it, just go on as before, in a few hours or days you will have plenty of other things on your mind. Next time, lock your door or put a chair in front of it. Good luck.

Don't stress over it to much buddy, this happens to lots of us guys.Just forget about it and move on. It will be awkward for a bit, but your mother will realize yout just coming of age(no pun intended). And start locking your bedroom door, ok?

From a female point... I think that she is just as embarrassed as you are. This is just one of those things that works itself out. After a couple of days it wont be as fresh in y'alls minds. Mark my words... someday you two will look back at this and laugh your asses off!

It's not a big deal like you're making it out to be. She's probably more embarrassed on having walked in on you.

So here is what you do: act like it never happened, be yourself, and do what you normally do around her... and I'll be she does the same.
