Ask him. Tell him that you are ready to kiss when he is. Unless your not then lert him know that. Guys are soemtimes understandign and if there not then you get to let go early and the pain will be less. If you do want to kiss him wait for the perfect moment. My favorite movie kiss is Love and Basketball when they are kids and they kiss for 5 seconds. Just thouight i would add that in.

You will just know, when things get a little more intense and you can feel him getting a little closer to you, he probally wants to kiss you. Or if you want just for the fun of it next time you see him tell him hi and run up and kiss him.
