I have been planning for over a year already. I have boxes of stuff under the bed, under my desk, next to the bed, in my trunk and some in the basement. There are some things like purchasing cups, plates, utensils, etc., that I'll do closer to the big day. I have lists upon lists of what to take with us.

We're spending the night before in a motel near the park where we're being married.

Please name things, small, & large-basically EVERYTHING you can think of (leave no details out) that I'll need to remember to take.

Don't leave anything off your list because you think it's silly or obvious.

Thanks for your help!

You don't say where you are going on your honeymoon, so it is difficult to answer. I'm sure you've been on vacation before. Pack as if you are going on a vacation (because you are). Obviously at your bridal shower you will most likely receive some lingerie that you will want to pack, and depending on the hotel you go to, they will provide hair dryers, irons, shower supplies. Take your toothbrush and hair brush (most hotels either supply complimentary items you may have forgotten or have a supply of things to purchase). You are overthinking everything. Go take a hot bath, with a cup of tea and relax. No matter what it will be a beautiful day and everything will turn out well. Good luck and God Bless.

1. dont forget to show up
2. if you show up, wear the dress/gown
3. make sure there is actually a groom
4. send out the invitations
5. call the caterer
6. make sure the priest/minister is there to marry you
7. there should be a "something new, something blue, something borrowed"
8. look for "souvenirs".. token for your guests that they are able to come
9. register for the "gift registry" and don't forget to sign up all the good things that you want. and don't just sign up in one store, if possible, sign up on all the stores, so you'll get all you want.
10. remember to bring the following: cord, veil, candle (for the ceremony)
11. the ring of course!
12. if you have a vow, write it (believe me, you don't have the time to memorize it)
13. make sure the flowers are there, for the decorations and for your bouquet

if you want, you can always hire a wedding coordinator so you wont have to worry a thing about what you will forget..

Your dress, bra, underware, hose, shoes, going away outfit if you plan on changing clothes, flower girl baskets and flower petals, your bouqets, pew bows, candles, tuxes, guest book and pen, decorations for the church and reception hall, the cake, picture list (ones you want taken), the marriage license, bubbles (or bird seed, balloons, etc), camera, film, batteries, video camera, tape, plates, food, forks, spoons, knives, cups, napkins, table cloths, table skirts, card basket or bird cage, the rings, ring pillow

I'm sure I'm leaving some things out. But, just relax - sit down and write out your list of all the things you have and check them off as you get them ready to go. You'll do fine!

Oh my goodness! this is countless undesirable success. So, enable's start up with the 1st situation...the costume. you have some concepts with it. a million. you will come across a seamstress. seem for one which's fantastically stated and that's an expert at fixing maximum of those issues. I worked at a bridal save so i comprehend the wonders that a robust seamstress can do. 2. you could bypass on eBay/craigslist on your costume in a bigger length. then you could sell your unique costume. 3. you could bypass to shops and come across a matching costume (lots of designers have comparable designs) and then eBay/craigslist your costume. the main necessary element is to be chuffed and delicate on your costume. ok, for the ring. maximum rings might properly be sized. It does value extra and apparently like an exceptionally undesirable time to be incurring extra expenditures, yet each and every so often you in basic terms could. As for the bridesmaids outfits, this is terrible approximately your bridesmaid that pulled out and that your sisters costume did no longer extra healthy. yet in view which you at the instant have 2 extra bridesmaids outfits which you paid for, bypass on eBay and craigslist and sell them as a pair. you will no longer get all your money decrease back yet some. finally, looking a makeup artist would be confusing yet no longer impossible at this element. yet another selection could be shops with super shops with super makeup departments that do makeup. Or countless spas have their own makeup human beings. For the marriage and rain situation, consult with the seller and see if there are any concepts if it does rain. (possibly they have tents) finally, the broken blood vessel will clean up until eventually now the marriage. in basic terms undergo in strategies you could cope with this; its sooner or later. And no count number what, after June twenty first you would be married. solid success!

go to www.theknot.com and create an account. Enter your wedding date and you will get a check list of things you should have done/need to do. It's a WONDERFUL tool, it helps me every single day, seriously. Some of the pre-entered things won't apply to you, simply X them off but you can also add items that aren't there. It's truly a life saver and keeps you from going mental and thinking "now what did I forget". Best of all, it's free. Congrats and good luck.

You will need your dress, shoes, garter, rings, whatever you are doing for underwear, veil, headpiece, birdcage, flowergirl basket and petals, ring bearer pillow, unity candles, makeup if you are doing your own, purse, favors, flowers, aspirin, bridal party gifts for the rehearsal, sewing kit, lotion, perfume, everything to do your hair if you are doing it yourself, toothbrush, lingerie, clothes for the day after the wedding, marriage license, if you are catering it yourself you need all the plates, napkins, cups and utensils any special engraved things you ordered, such as champagne glasses and cake cutting sets, if you are leaving for your honeymoon right after, you need your luggage, something old, new, borrowed and blue, platform flipflops for the reception so you can dance comfortably without tripping on your dress. That's all I can think of right now...

Get a notebook that is a calendar with big blocks to write in each day. Write everything in the notebook and check it off as you do it. Stop stressing and enjoy.
Number one is to enjoy your wedding. Drop all of the things that are unnecessary, bogging you down, causing you stress and simplify the whole process. Have fun.
