u can do it in windows movie maker. it is dre in all MS o/s.
jst open it and add ur photos to the panel.
u can also insert sound to it

You can do that using Windows Movie Maker by drag dropping all the pic and audio files and then follow the instructions provided there. And also there are many other softwares available in the net.

Windows Movie Maker, comes free with the windows OS distribution. You may not find it in Shortcut Menus. You have to go to the folder "Program Files" and search there.

For making videos of snap shots u may need a movie maker software.....
