Genesis 4:17 says, "Cain lay with his wife, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Enoch." Who was his wife? It is implied in the biblical text that Cain married one of his sisters. Several facts lead us to this conclusion.
First, it is clear that Adam and Eve had a number of children. Genesis 5:4 says, "After Seth was born, Adam lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters." Since Adam and Eve were the first man and woman, and since God had commanded them (and their descendants) to be fruitful and multiply (Genesis 1:28), it seems reasonable to conclude that Cain married one of his many sisters. It is also possible that he married a niece or even a grandniece.
One must keep in mind that in the early years of the human race there were no genetic defects that had yet developed as a result of the fall of man. By the time of Abraham, God had not yet declared this kind of marriage to be contrary to His will (see Genesis 20:12). Laws governing incest apparently did not become enacted until the time of Moses (Lev 18:7-17; 20:11,12,14,17,20,21). Hence, there was no prohibition regarding marrying a sister (or niece or grandniece) in the days of Cain.

Well, you obviously know the answer already. Big incest party at Adam's place.

Bible people will magically handwave this away with feats like someone above me did:
"in the early years of the human race there were no genetic defects that had yet developed as a result of the fall of man"

and so we weasel our way around all these little 'problems'. What problems? look, a bunny!

Well, according to the Bible, finding wives would have obviously been impossible for them, since, there was supposed to be nobody else on Earth at that time;)))))) That's in facts, one of the points where the Bible show all its inaccuracy and contraddictory nature;) When in Genesis Cain is sent FAR AWAY, he somehow manages to find himself a wife in a far away land, funny, ain't it?;)

However, Sumerian texts (from circa 3000 BC) explain that there were actually many human beings (other than the original couple) at that time who were mating here and there;) the very first couple capable of reproducing actually mated many many times;)

4.While Cain wondered, Adam and Eve had Seth, followed by many other sons and daughters. That continued to have offerspring.

5.those offsprings formed the city of Nod.

6.Years later, Cain came across the city of Nod. (Remember, he's been a wonderer for years, so he's never seen a 'city'. He was a worker of the fields.)

7.Cain decided to live in the city of Nod, where he met his wife.

Bible thumpers will tell you that god made all sorts of people at the same time he made Adam and Eve, but he just didn't feel like mentioning it in the bible. They will also sometimes say that back then humans had super powers that let them live to be 900 years old and let them have incest without any problems.
