If you're talking about chicken , about a 6oz breast is a good size.

this is a food and drink question,. right?
soooo...let me tell you.
I don't think there is an ideal size, some like their breasts 3 oz, some 6oz. I prefer about 4oz of skinned and deboned chicken breast, but when it comes to duck, I love a nice fatty one that I can broil. They usually come in 16 oz sizes. Now then there is turkey, I like about a 5 oz serving.
I hope this helps.

Enough to fill a champagne glass, not a flute, one and a half times.
