My 3yo son was in a school, he loves the teacher there, but the class is two hours twice a week. I put him in a new school, nice teacher. Its 3 hours,3 days a week. They also do trips, library, fire dept, police dept, ect. They also do sports, along with educational work, art, ect. He cries when I leave him, only a minute and I know adjusting takes time but he asks about his old teacher and wants to go and see that she's really gone for sure. I really want to keep him here and he does like it but he feels a bond with this other teacher. He's been at this new school not even two weeks. I wont always be able to let him pick and choose things like this. Not sure what I should do.

Give it a few more weeks. He'll adjust. If he misses his old teacher that much, help him draw a picture for her and send it to her. I'm sure she'd love the gesture just as much as he will.

This usually happens to kids such at a young age, so your son will adapt to his new life since he had been living at home and he has been around his family and his families friends for a long time, and he really doesn't know anyone (especially the teacher), so give your 3 year old a chance to get used to his new life, okay?
