If your mother is still alive and there is no mortgage on the property there is something called a "quick deed" which is just completed and filed. You can seek out the advise of an attorney or a local legal school and you can also check the web for the different forms needed. Good luck.

If you mean inheritance, your mother has to be dead(but dont kill her) then the inherictance will go to either you and your brother and sisters, or just for you
