It doesn't bother me that others do... in fact, I think it's somewhat funny/odd (especially when I get to flush in the middle of their conversation).

I talk on my cell phone in my own bathroom at home. But I usually wait until I hang up before I flush. That's rude!!!

i was on live Radio when I was cleaning toilets and flushed the toilet so everyone can hear it. I think they thought i was just finishing. but to answer your question, i think i have been on public and home toilets a couple of times.

umm... That is so gross and disturbing. One time I was in a public bathroom and I thought a lady was talking to me. Thankfully I didn't answer! That would have been embarrassing!! :)

ok...embarressing to admit it but I do...it's called multi tasking. I text and talk during my bathroom breaks sometimes.

yeah haha i do it all the time and i worry about that echoy sound to my voice haha. also i try and keep the "background" noises to a minium haha

I used to do it until my gf asked if I was peeing...I felt like a big perv, so I don't do it anymore.
