What can I eat at Panera at lunch today, actually get full, and stick with my diet?

Hi! I have been working at Panera for two years and a lof of people that work there are on weight watchers. The healthiest most filling item would be the Smoked turkey breast sandwich on whole grain plain with mustard (if you like), lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumbers, peppedew peppers and salt/pepper. It is only 5 ww points and is huge! Also if you want light mayo its 6 points.

Another option would be the chicken noodle, black bean, or garden veggie soup.

The salads are not very healthy because of the dressings. Your best bet would be the Asian sesame chicken salad without the fried won ton strips, or the fandango salad.

If you like espresso drinks, you can get them with skim.

Don't get any signature sandwiches or pananis, those are high calorie.

I suggest you get the you pick two and get half of the turkey sandwhich i was talking about above, and the half the asian salad or chicken noodle soup! Also you get a side... healthy options would be Apple, baked chips (make sure you specify baked), fruit cup (.79extra), or whole grain baguette.

I hope this helps!

Either get a soup or salad but this is the lowest calorie sandwhich I could find there.

Asian Sesame Chicken Salad (12 oz) (430 cal/19 g fat/5 g fiber/33 g carbs) 9.5 Weight Watchers Points

Caesar Salad (10 oz) (440 cal/32 g fat/4 g fiber/25 g carbs)
11 Weight Watchers Points

Fandango Salad (10 oz) (390 cal/27 g fat/6 g fiber/26 g carbs)

Yep, that's right! The bread there is killer.

Try a bowl of soup and a salad. The Black Bean soup is wonderful, but that's not a Friday soup. The vegetarian vegetable is 90 calories with 2g of fiber. Great option for the diet.

Well, they have 9 different salads. You could always go with half a salad and a cup of soup. Make sure that the salad has some meat (protein) that will fill you up a little. Also make sure you pick a good hardy soup. I know soup is not the best thing, but smaller portions help. Just don't gorge yourself.

They have salads too...they also have a veggie sandwich. Not sure what kind of diet you are on, but even if you get the pick two special witha bowl of soup and half a sandwich that is diet friendly.

Don't worry because it is not very good and you will just pick at your meal anyway. Eat the salad and have a diet drink and you can't go wrong as it is hard to mess up veggies. However, the rest of the menu is low mediocre at it's best.

I love their low fat chicken noodle soup. it only has like 100 calories I think. You can get an apple as a side and if you don't think that will fill you add a slice of rye or 100% whole wheat bread.

just eat whatever you like, but only eat half of everything. I've never heard of that place , but it doesn't sound like a fattening place to eat. here's what i do no matter where I eat: I stick with grilled chicken and salads. If I do try something I'm suspicious of calories I only eat half.

If they possibly have a darker bread. Have turkey or chicken with mustard or low fat mayo. That would be the best if salads are not available also.
