Quarter pounder with cheese, fries, a strawberry milkshake and, if you've the room, an apple pie - scrummy! I'd go for BBQ sauce for the fries too.

Personally I prefer Burger King, but if i had to go for a mcd's Id go for a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon.

Am I missing something? You need help to choose from the vast and varied menu at McDonalds? Wow, I wish I had such tough decisions to make. Ok, well, may I suggest...something with fries?
Personally I cook my own meals using fresh ingredients, but hey, each to their own!
