You pray from the heart - the position of your hands (or flippers in your case) is irrelevant. Some pray with both hands raised in the air, some quietly, clasped together, head bowed.

my ares arent long enough to box with God.extent them with ice and they will reach.they may however stick together,so pray a lot for a while

You don't need to do anything physical to pray, lord knows I don't. I talk to God every morning on my way to work, while jamming to the music.
