You have an eating disorder. You're in denial. Exercising constantly, taking fiber pills. You're obsessed with your weight and you're a teenager.
This is what happens. Everyone who has an eating disorder doesn't think they do. They see what they are doing is perfectly normal. Your parents see what is really happening. You need help before you die. Let your parents help you.

If you exercise constantly then there is something wrong. You are not perfectly healthy if you exercise all the time. If you do not have constipation I am not sure why are taking fiber supplements when you are eating a healthy diet. If you eat a healthy diet you should not need the supplements unless you have constipation. Something about your post tells me more is going on then you are letting people know and that there is a problem.

Talk to them and tell them that you just like to keep yourself in shape. But hun..parents will always be super protective and they will always worry no matter what. It's their job, so just take it easy with them, i'm sure they will realize that you are just fine once they see you're not thinning like crazy and not dieing.
Just reassure them every once in a while..that everything is okey, they need that. But if you are overdoing anything too much just to keep in shape you should probably slow down, too much of anything is not good for you, remeber to give your body a breather here and there. Best way of keeping yourself healthy is wihout any suppliments or powders, do it with nature, the natural way, excercise and eat healthy.

Ask them to take you for a physical with your family doctor. He can answerer their question about your exercise and fiber supplements. With this in hand you should be ahead of this and maybe your parents might take up this regime.

I would suggest gping to a doctor for a physical. They might not believe you no matter WHAT you say. If you go to the doctor, that is a trusted person telling them and not you.
Good Luck and God Bless!

Get them to take you to the doctors and when you tell them what you do and what they do not do, he may say that they are neglecting you.
