The God that impregnated Mary with Jesus broke the covet and adultry commandment. You have a chioce of a God that disregards the vary precepts that He stated as musts for humankind or another God that was not inconvenience by such commandments and intended to change them and many other foundations of Judaism via a progeny on the earth that acted as His agent.

1:18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as
his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came
together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.
1:19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just [man], and not
willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her
away privily.
1:20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel
of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou
son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for
that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.

The medical truth is Virgin Birth is not very rare. There doesn't need to be penetration for a woman to conceive.

As Well; Either Christianity is monotheistic or polytheistic. The Bible is not clear. So you must make a choice. Either the Holy Spirit is the Christian God or it isn't. If it is not the Christian God than Christianity is already polytheistic.

The Christian god is a rejection of the Jewish god. The Hebrew god of vengeance, wrath and mass murder, with his strict dietary laws and rigid codes of behavior is just no fun. The Christian god is loving and forgiving, and his holidays are better, too. Plus, he allows you to go back to the previous god's rules when you need to hate homosexuals or other ethnic groups. How cool is that?

you say a couple of different theories here, that i have thought about to.
If plural marriage is not a divine commandment than God who is the FATHER of all SPIRITs has a Queen in Heaven Who may not be Mary. but if Mary is the Mother of the Son of God, Then she is guilty of adultery NOT God. because she gave herself to God and then to the will of Joseph.
however, whenit comes to SUPPLANTING the existing God before the world we know now exists. Lucifer Fell and became satan. So the god of the world is being supplanted by JESUS who hold the title and legal ownership of All people.
seeing that lucifer and Jesus were both the morningstars of creation and part of the godhead at one time. One of them wants the power and authority and manipulate mankind to deceive them, while the other has power and authority but He was given it by God the Father.
but that could be just another fairy tale.

The God that impregnated Mary with Jesus did not break the adultry commandment because he did not have intercourse with her, he created in her a fetus in the same manner that he formed woman from man.

There is one Creator YHVH. He does not change. There is one savior, the Messiah. His name means YHVH is Savior,- YAHOSHUA. He is the one Who led the Hebrews in the Wilderness. No one ever has seen the Father, the "Son" YAHOSHUA is the Almighty that has dealt with men from the beginning, and He does not change. In order to come to earth as a man and be the Savior, He did what He had to do. In the end all will acknowledge that He is good and just and generous. Why don't you get a head start, and begin now?

God did not have intercourse with Mary - she was a virgin. No covetessness - no adultry. He is the same God as the Hebrew God - I AM.

Besides, who are you to second guess God - He is God - He can do whatever He pleases. Thankfully, He pleases to love us.

God broke neither commandment. I don't believe that you have read the Bible. Sometimes people write nonsense, causing others to believe. Although, we are all held accountable for what we believe, false teachers will be held more accountable if they know the true facts, but insist on spreading lies.
