Yes. Trillian.
It's an Instant messaging program that can combine AOL IM, Yahoo IM, ICQ, MSN Messenger and Internet Relay Chat into one program.
The cool thing is: when you and your chat partner are both chatting with ICQ through Trillian, the program can encrypt your messages, so no one can eavesdrop on your conversation.
The other Instant Messengers are not that secure. Anyone with the right knowledge can read what you are writing towards each other.

no but you can use a sevice like Meebo which allows you to sign on both names. OR if you have IMVU, you can import your buddy lists from msn/yahoo/aim ect. and chat with them i think
