Im into my co worker we hardly talk,he always looks @me this has been going on 4mnths but he just doesnt ask me out,Maybe he has a gf??But i doubt it-he even stayed away the past 3days to avoid valentinesday..What do u guys reckon?Make as if he doesnt exist TOTALLY..

I recon he likes you. He sounds like he is painfully shy. Maybe you should consider asking him out? If that's too forward for you, then talk to him. Start out with something simple....small talk, if you will. Find out what his interests are and continue that conversation.

Girl, dat guy is shy. Not only is he shy, but he's taken considering the fact that he was away for 3 days during valentine. He wasnt avoiding it but having it, maybe with someone else. I advice u let him be.
If u still like him, try striking a conversation, that way u'll find out 4 real if he's taken. U could also ask some co-workers who know him a lil. Getting background info on someone helps every time.Goodluck ;)

Why not make a move yourself if you are interested? Why leave it up to the poor guys all the time.
Or why don't you try to get to know him as friend then you'll know if he has a girlfriend or not. Then there is none of this 'make like he doesn't exist' game playing going on you are just co workers who get on.

build up the courage to ask him straight- ask the guy if he likes you. He might be thinking the same about you, perhaps he is just shy. But if I were you i would be careful with dating co-workers; it could affect your job severely if you date and then break up, and could result in one or both of you leaving your jobs. So ask, but use his answer wisely when u make ur decision on whether to ask him out.

BE assertive! take the bull by the horns and make the first move.. What do you have to lose? Some guys like myself are shy and are afraid to step up especially if the girl is popular or beautiful.

does your workplace have a policy about fraternization among workers,or he likes you but has a personal issue with dating co-workers,or is very shy, don't give up until you have exhausted all of your resources to get this guy to notice you
provided he likes you take your time some of us guys move slowly just to make sure

Every day he tries to work up the courage but he fails to fallow through. Sometimes when you like a girls she's always surrounded by people so its hard to talk to them in the way you would like without embarrassing yourself or the woman.

well if u like him, go up to him and hang out with him a little and talk about stuff, dont make it too obvious tt u like him though u can totally flirt if u wanna. see if hes really a nice guy and if hes a total looser, move on. if hes nice, then whatre u waiting for, go for him!

If you wait for him it is like waiting for a rain in a drought. If he has been looking at you for the past four months then ask him either does he like you or is he just looking. It is your decision but you have to look for the right signs.
