No.
I respect liberal Christians who understand that some of the bible must be accepted only as allegory if we're not to become unstuck.
Have you ever met a fundamentalist who campaigned that children who sassed their parents should be killed? The pick and choose too, though they pretend not to.
If you're open minded enough you'll reject the whole thing as basically worthless but then there are some good messages in there from Jesus - might as well not be though, Christians don't follow it.

Maybe the word fundamentalist can have a bad connotation, then I would say better muslims are those who strives for being better persons, respects the others, follow sunna and study more and more about their deen.
And as it happens in any other religion, the weaker believers are those who only pick what they want, becoz then they are more focused in pleasing them selves and are uncapable to have a discipline. As in any other religion, those are the hypocrits. Still they may fool us, but Allah knows what their heart keeps and what their true intentions are.

This question cracks me up...
Have you actually read the bible?
There's a whole lot of stuff that you guys just overlook, not to mention entire parts that have just been left out altogether over the years due to creative editing...

By careful use of media ...... terrorists are labelled as fundamentalists. ..... actually this term should be used for the people who follow their religios strictly .. and no religion asks for bloodshed

We're not doing this, can you give an example for what we pick and what we leave behind??
If we did this, Qur'an would have many versions too!
Peace

You don't have to subscribe to what the Muslims believe but you don't have to disrespect them either.
