is it good to tell a guy you like them if you dont know them very well, or would you think they are a stalker [i'm not]

I'd be quite flatered, especially if i didnt know her, it would be a compliment i think, makes a guy feel good.

Most men would find it very flattering if you told them you liked them. They would not think you're a stalker. What's wrong with liking somebody? Nothing!
