No. The vegetables and grains we have today do not have the nutrients in them that they used to have, and most food is processed. Your body needs a good-quality, general multi-vitamin, just to make sure you are giving it the vitamins and nutrients that you may not be getting from food. Aways check with your doctor.

Some people are obese because they have inherited genes that make then that way. But MANY prople are overweight because of poor eating habits and lack of exercise. Even those that are pre-disposed to obesity can live a much healthier life with proper eating habits and exercise.

They don't make you fat. Fat soluble vitamins can accumulate in the liver and cause problems. Water soluble vitamins are basically just peed out if there is more than the body needs. It's good to take a multi vitamin, but not one that has more than 100% of your daily needs.

no they just supplements the veggies and fruits you should be eating everyday but remember you still must eat healthy
