Ok, if trying to buy things as a new mom is hard enough LOL!! My husband and I would like to find a stroller that will last awhile but not have to pay too much for it.My price range is $100.00 to $200.00 maybe $250.00.It would even be ok if it was used but in good condition. We would need one that has good size storage basket, universal colors, easy to fold and put in the back seat.

For our first daughter, we were given one of those Graco stroller/car seat interchangeable systems. We loved it. It was a full size stroller, but easy to fold/unfold, could be done with one hand, and was lightweight. The carseat easily clicks out of the car and into the stroller (great for sleeping babies). For our second daughter we bought some other kind...a bassinet stroller...ugh. It lasted about 2 months and I threw it out. Too big and clunky, ended up getting another Graco. They are cheap and cheerful and last forever. We love them. Good luck to you.

This is a very easy question....Few strollers cost more than $250. And most now are made to fold easily and almost all have adequate storage and fantastic designs.

The best way to find out what you want BEFORE you enter a store is to visit a few sites that offer baby products and research all that you're looking for. Wal-mart is by far the cheapest, but if you can't find what you want there, do try Target and Babies R Us. Between the 3 stores, you'll find strollers of ALL designs, ranging from simply $10 umbrella strollers, to double and triple seaters all the way up to $300, and even many that hold infant carseats in the $150 - $250 range. If your child is young and still in an infant carseat, one of these may be the best option.

I would advise purchasing a regular stroller, which will be more expensive, and grabbing a small $10-$20 umbrella stroller for shorter outings, as well. The umbrella strollers usually weigh about 3-5 pounds and fold up easily to be carried in one hand. However, they do require that a child can sit up on their own, as they offer less head support than a regular stroller, and usually don't recline.

For $200 you should be able to buy a wonderful regular stroller, as well as an easy to use umbrella stroller without a problem.

I bought the Acella Sport Travel System by SAFETY 1ST for 150 dollars. It has the car seat and base and the stroller. I found this stroller very useful because I can fold it and it will fit in my trunk. I have attached 2 links to the store from which i bought my stroller. They gave a variety of strollers within the price range you are looking at. I wouldn't buy a used one because you never know if any damage was done to it or how old it is, plus the safety requirements change often.

You might look at a MacLaren Volo. It's designed for babies six months and older. It's very lightweight and easy to fold/maneuver but not flimsy or tippy like cheap umbrella strollers. The mesh seat is cool and comfortable and cleans easily and the storage basket is big. They come in cute colors and you can get accessories like a sunshade, cup holder, etc. It won't work for jogging but is great for in a store or mall because it's not big and bulky and is sturdy enough for walks in the park or trips to the zoo or museum. We used ours all the time with both our kids. They're about $125.

We have both a single and a double Graco stroller with a Graco bucket car seat that locks onto the stroller and it's awesome!
