I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

I think cleaning the windows or changing the bedsheets inc hoovering the mattress uses up lots of calories! Scrubbing the floor on your hands and knees with the bucket of water at the other side of the room or the next room is a good workout too. I have tried excersing at home, but nothing motivates you more than knowing the housework needs done!

Hey. Try those exercising dvds like Walk Away the Pounds or Prevention Fitness Walk Your Way Slim. I'm 16 and I have to take care of my mother plus go to school and I can't go to a gym or anything. So my mother bought me serveral At Home DVDs. I'm like 335lbs and I've already lost 5lbs.

hi try anything that gets you moving about
dancing to the radio, cleaning, hovering, ironing even! try an excersie dvd, buy one of those mini trampolines there supposed to be brilliant, a skiping rope, or how about one of those heart dvds hula workout (looks like fun! lol) other than that i'd say try going for a brisk walk every day.
