Time exists for me simply because I'm alive. Once my conscious being ceases to exist, for me time will stop. However, if you want to talk about while I'm alive, I guess you could say that time doesn't exist when you look at matter at the quantum level. Everything at that level is a part of everything else, so technically it takes zero time to be in another place, or to be in two places at once.
