Stress can KILL you. It can make you sick, fat, depressed, give you wrinkles, cancer, the list goes on and on. The reason for this is because when you under stress the body releases a killer hormone called: "CORTISOL". Cortisol is know as the "death hormone". Diarrhea and nausea are minor side effects - try taking yoga classes and learn to control your stress with breaking exercises. If it continues - tell your Doctor and he will go over your medical history and see if this is nothing or could lead to other serious illnesses.

Good Luck and I hope you feel better!

Stress increases your acid production which irritates your stomach lining and this produces the nausea and sometimes you become nauseated enough that you want to vomit.. stress also disrupts your digestion process causing malabsorption resulting to diarrhea. it can be your stress but if you are not stressed and you are having diarrhea and nausea, it would not harm if you have it checked. :-)
