i have a simply supported 'I' beam- 200x100x web=5 mm flange=7 mm and long = 3600 mm - what uniformly distributed load can it support?

Is this a built up shape made from 3 pieces, or is it a rolled shape? What kind of steel is the member made from?

Can you give us a AISC equivalent shape?

You need to give more information such as type of material and type of service it will be used for to check for allowable deflection.

All these beam problems require A, Area, E and I, moment of inertia.
