I'll just write and see what I come up with.
The wall is a symbol of being trapped; of oppression or separation. The color red has many meanings... the most common are love, blood, and sin.
The spit... spit is a bodily substance... are you sure it was spit, and not mucous? Because mucous, or (sorry for the gross-out) vaginal fluid or semen would fit more with the appearance of the fetus.
You say that the fetus had red eyes, and therefor looked evil. A child in the womb grows, and so does evil. One bad thing so quickly leads to another.
Right... idea... you are trapped. You feel guilty, deep down, for committing a bad act, and you feel now that the one bad act is going to lead you to commit more. It is like a child, it starts off with something so small, and yet grows stronger and more powerful. Your mind is working over the things that have happened in your day, and is telling you not to let yourself go down a path of darkness, no matter how easy it may seem, or how certain it feels. You must escape the wall, and be happy and free of evil. Without a mother, a fetus is powerless. If you are not willing to give in to the bad things around you, then the evil is powerless, too.

ARE YOU A "SHE" or a "HE"
I think you are a she, and I have a feeling you are pregnant...
Or maybe have been lately visiting someone in hospital for an issue related to pregnancy...
If not, then you may have been watching a movie that reflected this fear-full dream into you somehow...
Where do you work ? The nature of your job could have an effect on you somehow...
Regardless, I really wish to know WHAT TIME IT WAS WHEN YOU WOKE UP...?
Was it close to early morning time ???
Say between 3 & 5 A.M. ???
This is very important for me to know...
If it wasn't, then there is not much to worry about, but if it was within those hours, then I advise you to get red of the fetus you may be having in case it was you who was pregnant...
If it is someone else that is close to you (within the family for instance) and you know she is pregnant...advise her to seek abortion...
The song you heard is a clue on the the family where No. 7 consists its number or somehow related to that particular family...
If the above does not relate at all, then forget it..... There is nothing much in it....
It could be just like a nightmare...
Take it EZ,,,

Aslam-o-Alikum, How are you sister? I honestly don't know what your dream mean. But sometimes we have dream of what we are thinking about in real life, like what we think when we are awake and we are alone and those thoughts come back to us as dreams as well. What you need to do is, you need to pray 5 times a day and ask Allah to help you and guide you and increase your Iman. I will Insha'Allah remember you in my prayers... Islam is alive after Karbala... I hope I helped

Some medications can cause weird, vivid dreams. I'd check into that and other causes before I'd put any significance to it. From your other questions, seems like it may be a medical condition as this is not the first one.

I wouldn't worry about it. I think we all have very odd dreams now and then. I avoid eating bananas before bed. They give me nightmares every time I have them before retiring. As for dreams themselves, I consider them to be nothing more than mental pollution left over from the workings of our factory minds in the day.

Well, that does sound like a nightmare to me. Dreams are not real and you don't have to fear this one. When I have a really bad dream I ask God to make me forget it and go on and have a happy day. Be blessed today and put that terror behind you.

Most dreams are built from our thoughts and hopes and experiences. This one sounds like maybe you ate too much before you went to bed and had an upset stomach.

Definitely sounds more than just an average dream...I would tend to believe it has a spiritual significance...but not a good one...If this continues to happen...I would be doing some spiritual warfare....Be Blessed.
