The usual Italian sentence (rather in slang) is "ti darei un colpetto" and literally is "I would like to give you a small stroke" but it has indeed a sexual meaning. In fact it means that somebody would like making love with you but without any sentimental implication, in short "just 5 minutes for the sexual act and then everybody take its own way" that in Italian is also called "sveltina" (quickie).

Colpetto means a little hit or tap as in 'tap tap' on the door.If you 'give' your girlfriend a 'quick one' then that is a colpetto.If you robbed a bank this could also be a colpetto ,a strike.From 'Colpo' [Hit].

"un colpetto" is "a gentle tap"; it *can* be used also with a sexual meaning "Mi piacerebbe darle/dargli un colpetto" = "I'd like to give her/him a tap" = "I'd like to have sex with him / her", although other words or expression are more commonly used.
Although malice is in the eye of the beholder, I'll care not to say to somebody "Ti darò un colpetto" ("I'll give you a tap") :)
"Ti sarò un colpo di telefono", for instance, is instead commonly used and harmless and means "I'll give you a phone call"
Colpo = hit, stroke

colpetto means 'to pat' but it can also be col petto which means with a breast. most probably you were referring to that when you said it has a 'sexual' proposal. In case you would need further translations, the best online translator is http://babelfish.altavista.com/tr

colpetto means "little tap". il colpo means the tap, and the suffix -etto usually means little..as to a sexual proposal..col petto (two separate words) can mean "with the breast". Col is the word "con" (meaning with) plus "il" (meaning the)..petto is breast, so col petto means with the breast. Hope that was any help =]

colpetto translated to "pat" for me so I guess it would be closer to fondle or grope but that is a badly educated guess.
