everytime i try to talk into it, sometimes the speaker doesn't work and they can't hear what im saying, its as if its clogged or something, i need help fixing it fast!

You can try compressed air on the speakers first. If this is your cell phone, you should take the phone to the service provider so that a technician can take a look at it. If you did not get the phone wet you may be entitled to a free replacement.

If this is a home phone, you probably just need to purchase a new phone.

Try wiggling and stretching the curly cord in various spots while talking to someone. If you start cutting out then you have a faulty curly cord. Curly cords can be purchased at Radio Shack or hardware stores.

Sounds like a transmitter or receiver problem....unscrew the part you talk into (transmitter) and unscrew the part you listen to (receiver). Take them to radio shack......buy one of each.....one should solve your problem...take the other one back for a refund...
