If I ask for any favor, most likely it's a yes from him. He has gone to great lengths in the past to help me, from big to small. However, when I mention about other guys (in the way of asking about relationship advice), if it's in email, he suddenly becomes silent and does not reply. Is he merely saying, he wants nothing to do with my relationship life? btw, this is the guy I have interest in and I think he likes me too but not 100% sure.

Its time to be brave honey! It looks to me that he has interest in you too, but is a bit afraid of saying so. Lots of times Guys will suffer in silence because they lack the confidence to say that they like you. You have to be first in this case. Its hard. Remember that even if the answer isn't the one you are looking for that he is a good friend and will want to stay that way. This is usually what causes the fear to begin with, fear of ruining a friendship. Some times you have to take the chance.

Guys don't want to know anything about women's sexual life when they love or like the person. For example: I met my woman over a year ago and it's a long story, but we weren't dating yet, but we both planned on it and I couldn't make it to town one night so she slept with this other guy and told me about and it has bothered me ever since.

he is in love you, well maybe. he at least has feelings for you. shy maybe, or has not found the right approach yet. bring it up subtly if you say you feel the same way.
