please help. cuz i need to answer this question for a nursing interview.

Not sure. If you mean a four year position I could see the argument quality wise. but the most important thing I think most people are not aware of is that the shortage of nurses in america is so huge they are actually recruiting from foriegn countries , with citizenship as the payoff. should we make it harder to be a nurse when were so desprate for nurses we give citizenship to the best from other nations out of need.

If you mean get a graduate degree or BSN, you bet your sweet bippee. Nurses are the Rodney Dangerfields of the health care system, perhaps due to the one to two year education required. No wonder Docs think we don't know much!

LOL!! Nursing unions would love that. Oh that's right, they don't call them unions. They call them associations in nursing.
