the current axial tilt is 23.5 degrees...it takes around 41 thousand years to go from the minimal tilt (22.5) to the maximum (24.5 degrees)

the axial tilt is the main important factor when determining past long-term changes in the global climate, the changes in tilt alter the latitudinal and seasonal distribution of solar radiation

Seasonal variation in the timing of sunrises and sunsets is caused by the tilting of the Earth. If there was a change in the tilting, there would be a corresponding change in the timing of sunrises and sunsets. Present data on the timing of sunrises and sunsets shows that there is a very tiny wobble in the Earth, but no trend in the timing of sunrises or sunsets. The length of day and the angles of shadows have not changed in the past 2500 years. We know this because of sundials that were used in ancient Greece to record the length of seasons and daylight.

The Earth IS tilted on its axis. But you need to understand there are quite a number of religious people on-line, and anything that may contradict or threaten their beliefs in any way (they are like the Roman Catholic Church) they waste no time to scorn you and scoff as if they found the answer coming out of some preacher's mouth

The earth is always tipped on its axis, following the change of the seasons. However if you mean the magnetic axis, then yes it does appear that the magnetic axis is shifting. If you want to go further than that, into the realm of "Is the earths axis tipping beyond its normal seasonal point" then I suggest you look at http://www.zetatalk.com for one of the most elaborate theories on earth axis tipping that I've ever come across

No. Earth is just like normal, its the rotation on its axis that makes you feel like tipping making you feel like the axis was straight and now it has become tilted. Its all wrong.
