The age I think is old changes as I get older! ha! I used to think 25 was old ha! Now I have a son of nearly 25...that DOES make me feel a little old. These days I'd say if you're into your eighties then I suppose that's old.

Or you know you're getting old as your bedside cabinet begins to fill up with things like Rennies, your glasses, etc!

That changes the older you get - at 20 I thought 30 would be old, at 30 I think 40 will be old.

I think from our 20s we become aware that we are ageing and are mortal. In our late 40s we begin to worry about in more. Mentally we often view ourselves as young until we are well into our 60's. The expression you are as old as you feel is very valid. If our health is good we feel young indefinitely.

I used to Think 20 was old but now I only have a few years till my 40th I still feel young apart from my health getting in the way of what i can do now, so you are only as old as you feel.

When I was 15 it was 20. When I was 20 it was 30. When I was 30 it was 50. Now that I am older it's when you get there.

You really are as old as you feel...

Its all in how you feel. If you are healthy & fit you feel much younger. I'm 53 and feel (most days) like I'm in late 30's early 40's. Looking in the mirror put's me at the 53 although most people say I look about 45.

My Mom who is 83 (& doesn't look a day over 70) if she wasn't having hip problems/arthritis problems would probably say that she feels like she's in her 60's.

Personally i think being ould is when you start to feel old within yourself. But i believe someone 70+ can be considered old.
